How can you tell the difference between the poisinous mushrooms and the non-poisonous mushrooms?
Best go out on a guided mushroom walk with someone who knows what they are doing. Andy Overall at fungitobewith.org (arf!) organises these in London and the South East.
I need to find some of these and fast. My credibility as a wild food enthusiast is at stake here.
